Many of these auger bits are marked Clico (it is not unusual for these to be unmarked and to assume they are all from Clico Sheffield). Clico was a Sheffield manufacturer of high-quality woodworking and aeronautical tools.
The woodworking arm of Clico (or part of it) was acquired by Thomas Flinn & Sons about a dozen years ago.
High quality bits which cost a pretty penny back in the day.

The blade has a slight curve with a 65mm edge. It has a 20mm x 20mm (max) tapered eye which is in line with the blade (as opposed to the more normal perpendicular eye in western adze heads).
No makers mark. Unused, as new. A commission sale.
