So this is now a laminated steel 36mm wide skew chisel. Triple fluted hollows.

These are good quality examples of older planes which have been well cared for.

This Lie-Nielsen replacement frog is at the standard angle of 45 degrees and is for a LN No. 4 1/2, 5 1/2, 6 or 7 plane only.
Supplied with a branded Lie-Nielsen plane sock.
It has a very minor scratches but appears unused.

This plane is very sought after and falls into the collectors category for many.
A fully functional plane of course bit this was made in limited numbers by Lie-Nielsen Toolworks.
Thsi particular plane has been in its box since first purchased.

Made by Marples of Sheffield, England.
This Panel Gauge allows lines to be gauged past the centre of a 56” wide panel. The stem is 30” long and the head 9” wide with a brass wear strip fitted inside a rebate which rests on the edge of the panel to be gauged.
