Lacquered beech body with steamed beech sole. Wooden wedge.


ULMIA Wooden Dovetail Plane – early version

This is an early version of the Ulmia Dovetail plane with the vertical nicker iron (stamped ULMIA) ) and with a lignum sole and brass fence to the 30mm skew balde.

The little medallion (ULMIA in green) is missing, and this plane has been used with various minor dings to show for it..

E C E & ULMIA planes are particularly popular on the continent.
