Shapton Professional Sharpening Stone Holder

"I am a hand bookbinder and regularly need to sharpen paring knives when working with leather. I have owned a Shapton stone for a while which I would use flat on the bench, but it was always a bit awkward and tended to move around. The price of this stone holder I did think was a little on the high side, and then it arrived in the post, I couldn't be happier, it is looks, feels and operates like a very professional piece of equipment, the stones sit in it easily and firmly, there is no play when sharpening, it does not flex at all, and is easy to clean. Along with this product I also brought a lapping plate, and several more stones, very very happy with everything. So pleased I can stop my hunt for the perfect sharpening system.
