Product Description

The Rider Shooting Board is made from stable 20mm thick phenolic sheet with a hardwood fence and stainless hardware. The durable phenolic board is lightweight, it will not warp or twist, is water resistant and reduces friction. It is 500mm x 200mm with a 64mm wide track for your plane.

The fence can be fitted at either end of the board allowing it to be used right or left-handed. The centre of the board features two 20mm dog holes (at 96mm centres). These dog holes allow the fitting of the optional mitre fence for trimming timber at 45°. Countersunk holes are provided at each end for attaching a simple batten to act as a bench stop or gripped in a vice. Alternatively, the board can be screwed to your bench.
