Quercus Magazine – Working Wood by Hand – 6 back issues [Clearance]
Product Description
As new.
Nick Gibbs, long in the tooth English journalist was the editor of Quercus. Nick created this fantastic magazine with a lot of variety for woodworking by hand enthusiasts.
Quercus Magazine was launched in June 2020 for anyone working wood by hand, with chairmaking, green woodworking, Slöjd, carving and furniture-making.
After three successful years editing Quercus and taking part in the prestigious Handworks Show in Iowa, Nick decided it was time to move on. He is now busy studying Cognitive Neuroscience & Neuropsychology (as he may wish to work at Classic Hand Tools and those studies may help him understand Uncle Albert & Fraser)
Quercus was a super British magazine and a fabulous read. These are the cover headline articles for each issue but all the (ad free) magazines are full of woodworking by hand articles. Each magazine is about 60 pages; they are very well illustrated.
