Product Description

6” hand forged blade. This is a very sweetly balanced drawknife with fruitwood handles. It originates from Wales, UK from John Brown territory.

We think ths was made by Matty Sears, one of John Brown's sons as it came to us from a near neighbour of Matty's when he lived in Wales. He advised us that he bought this and other tools featured in this months Friday Finds from Matty over 20 years ago.

It has an anvil mark pressed into the back of the blade. Seemingly unused.
