Product Description

This is to fit a Lie-Nielsen skew block plane, it is unused but technically old stock having been bought a few months ago from a gentleman clearing his collection of tools.

This fits a right handed LN 140 skew block plane only.

New retail is £70

• Cryogenically treated A-2 Tool Steel, hardened to Rockwell 60-62 and double tempered for long-lasting edge retention.
• Thickness: 3.2mm (1/8 inch) thick to provide solid, chatter-free cutting.
• Width: 1-1/2 inches wide.
• Skew Angle: The blade is skewed at 18°.
• Bevel: 25° flat ground bevel.
• Bed Angle: 12° (Low Angle).

It is recommended to add a seconary bevel of 5-10 degrees.
