Extremely well cared for (the ¾'' is definitely unused) Blue Spruce Optima Chisels

Blue Spruce Toolworks new Optima Chisels feature a lapped and polished back with a flatness measured in light bands (the same system used to measure silicon wafers). 

Each Optima Chisel is machined from A2 tool steel, then double-tempered and cryogenically treated. The tempering and cryo treatments result in an incredibly fine grain structure and a hardness of Rockwell C-60 to C-62.

The chisel blades extend 4 1/2'' beyond the ferrule.

The resin infused Curly Maple handles fit most hands comfortably for both mallet work and delicate paring cuts.

Chisel sizes: 3/4'', 1/2'', 3/8'' & 1/4''.
