The ''Bayonet'' - yet another strange name from Bad Axe Tool Works, but don't let that put you off. This carcass saw will excel at virtually any carcase joinery you throw at it. The hybrid-cut filing gives you a saw that will give you plenty of opportunities to put it to good use.

- 15ppi Rip hammer set.
- 0.018'' (0.46mm) Gauge Plate.
- .027'' (0.68mm) Kerf.
- 12'' (305mm) blade.
- Depth of cut 2 1/8" (54mm) at the heel, canting to 2" (51mm) at the toe.
- Black-Oxided Carbon Steel Sawback
- Cherry Handle
- Regular Size Handle
- Brass Slotted Nuts

"Beautifully made, incredibly sharp and cuts perfectly straight without biting, binding or tearout. The shallow depth and long stroke is awesome for control and I can cut 1mm walnut disks one after the other without issue. 14ppi hybrid also works well on almost everything."
