Featuring famous makers from Sheffield, England - William Marples & Sons (5 of the 7) and Thomas Ibbotson (2).

Did you know that Marples acquired Thomas Ibbotsons assets in 1905? – nor did we!

A mix of long paring gouges with different handle styles and wood species, all with ferrules and virtually no defects (just one very short crack in one handle).

A very tactile bunch of gouges.

• 3/8” (9mm)
• ½” (12mm)
• 5/8” 16mm)
• ¾” (20mm)
• 1 ¼” (32mm)
• 1 ½” (38mm) wide

You may wish to re-sharpen but they will work straight from the get go!
