Rob made thousands of boxes using this style of hinge and I have designed four jigs to precisely drill the hole in the center of dowel segments (the most difficult task).

• Kit allows you to drill 1/16 and 1/8 inch size holes in 6mm,  8mm, 10mm, and 12mm dowels.
• Kit includes 1/16 and 1/8 inch drill holders; 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm dowel holders; 1/16 and 1/8 inch drills; and a 1/16 inch hex wrench.
• 1/16 inch drill is typically used with the 6mm and 8mm dowels.
• 1/8 inch drill is typically used for the 10mm and 12mm dowels.
• Opposing set screws hold the drill bit securely and allow for adjustment of the hole depth.
• Designed to be used with 1/16 and 1/8 inch welding rod as the hinge axle.
