This was returned to us as the leather face was slightly peeling away from its wooden head. We carefully re-glued it, and it seems just fine now. As new condition.

Lovely Bolivian Rosewood handle with curly maple, resin infused head. The head is attractive but not overly figured compared to other examples we have seen.

The resin-infused maple not only concentrates the power of your blow, but it also keeps the mallet head looking like new through the most demanding work. Even chopping mortises won’t mar the face. The leather face is on one face only which is useful when your chisel work needs a lighter touch.

• 24oz (680g).
• The head is 5" long, 2 5/8" tall and just under 2 1/4" wide.
• 9 1/2" handle.

Suitable for large mortise and tenon work.
