Product Description
We've had our eye on these Mag-Bloks by Benchcrafted for years and years, but sadly they'd previously had an agent in the UK. Thankfully, things have changed and we can import the Mag-Bloks alongside their wonderful bench hardware.
The Mag-Bloks are equally fantastic in both the home and the workshop. We use them here in the shop to display bench chisels, and a couple of us have them in the kitchen for our knives.
We've seen other magnetic blocks over the years, but the Mag-Bloks have a tactile feel to them, and have very good holding power. We also like the way that tools and knives do not ''skip'' along the face like other magnetic holders, this is down to the way the rare Earth magnets are arranged beneath the wooden surface.
Available in Maple, Walnut, Cherry and White Oak in 12" (300mm) and 18" (450mm) lengths.
Comes with Blok Butter to keep your Mag-Blok looking fresh, and suitable woodscrews to fix to the wall (does not include any drywall plugs / anchors).
Please note all Bloks come unfinished (for those customers who may want to apply a stain). All Mag-Bloks pictured have Blok-Butter already applied, your Blok will look considerably lighter when you receive it until you apply the included Blok-Butter.
As a natural product, wood grain and colour can vary slightly, your Blok will not be identical to those pictured but will be very similar with normal variances. Furthermore, darker woods tend to enrich with age and exposure to UV light.
