We’re looking to showcase the skills, projects, and insights of woodworkers everywhere. If you have something you’d like to share, we’d be delighted to hear from you. This could include:

  • Video content – from project builds to demonstrations and tutorials.

  • Photography – workshops, processes, or finished pieces.

  • Project write-ups – your methods, challenges, and results.

  • Tool reviews – honest reflections on the tools you use.

 

Selected contributions may be featured on our website, social media, or newsletter, always with full credit to you.

Join the Team

Join the Team in Suffolk

For those based locally, we occasionally have opportunities to join our team in Witnesham, near Ipswich, Suffolk. Even if we’re not advertising a specific role, we welcome speculative applications from people with a genuine passion for woodworking and/or fine tools.

 

We are currently seeking an Operations Team Member, whose role will involve:

  • Picking, packing, customer service, stock management, and general support across the showroom and at events.

  • Opportunity to learn about the tools, maintaining and preparing tools for customers and events.

  • Opportunity to develop on a passion for woodworking with access to machinery and the finest woodworking hand tools in the world, as well as training courses.

  • Opportunity to grow into a role supporting content creation at Classic Hand Tools, either in front or behind the camera, maintaining engagment with our customers and the wider woodworking community, online and in-person at shows.

 

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Careful, reliable, and organised.

  • Friendly and confident in dealing with customers.

  • Enthusiastic about woodworking and/or hand tools, with a genuine desire to learn.

  • Based in Suffolk or able to commute daily.
