A selection of 3 Auriou rifflers from Forge de Saint Juery, France - Clearance

This is old stock that has been locked away in a cupboard, unused for 15+ years.

Rifflers are mini double ended shaped rasps and Auriou are considered the best practitioners of forging and stitching the teeth onto their own blanks, all by hand.

You are buying 3 various rifflers, no shape is repeated in this selection.

There will be some age tarnish marks and minor defects – hence the price tag which is about 40% of current pricing.

These will work well for many projects where precision shaping of wood is desired.

• 200mm – curved lozenge + tapered curve - grain 10
• 175mm – thumb/knife grain 13
• 200mm – triangular/curved tapered flat & half round shape – grain 10
