STAR-M Ultra Smooth Japanese Auger Bits
These are superior quality Japanese auger bits imported directly by Classic Hand Tools from The STAR-M CORPORATION who have their manufacturing facility in Miki City, Japan (established in 1923).
We have imported these augers based on requests from timber framing customers.
(Note these superior auger bits are branded as Wood Owl in the USA and Canada).
Please study the photographs carefully and observe how these STAR M auger bits have fluted tips to help achieve neat entry and exit holes.
They are tri-bladed and teflon coated.
