Product Description
A Narex gouge specifically designed for spoon making. The carving tool is spoon bent which makes it easier to hollow a recess. It also has a comfortable, longer than normal (to allow 2 hands for control) octagonal barrell shaped handle made from stained beech.
Narex have used a chrome-silicon alloy steel which is heat treated to 59HRc (which basically means it will take a good edge). Comes sharpened ready for use.
