Product Description

These Ashley Iles Dovetail Chisels have the same O1 oil hardened blades as their ever popular bench chisels, the difference being that these chisels are designed pretty much exclusively for dovetails. This is because they have an oval shaped top section which gives you a very minimal edge along the sides and therefore gives you access into even the tightest of spots for cleaning out dovetails.

Available in the following sizes 1/16", 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4" and 1" or for the metric measurements 1.5mm, 3mm, 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 19mm and 25mm.

All chisels are hand ground and checked by eye only, this may lead to variations in the squareness of chisels.
