4 Ray Iles Mortise Chisels [Preowned, SOLD]

Product Description

Very little used these are very well made mortise chisels by legendary English tool maker Ray Iles.

These do not find their way on the market very often as they are not any easy tool to make and Ray tends to send his production to Tools for Working Wood in the USA.

So, these tools have been sparingly used. The beech handles are slightly rounded at the butt (by special request) to make them more comfortable and secondary bevels have been created.

They are supplied in a leather 8 tool chisel roll.

Widths are 1/4'', 5/6'', 7/16'' & 1/2''
