This appears to have been little used.

The 641 has a one-piece central core which is precisely machined to be within ±.0085° of 90°.

On both sides of that central core, Woodpeckers pin precision-machined cheeks flush with the base, 6.35mm back from the inside edge. This forms a shoulder that keeps the square beautifully registered to your work without you needing you to hold it in place.

The metric markings are laser engraved to a tolerance of 0.1mm over the full 150mm blade length. The outside scale is ideal for setting tooling heights. The inside scale gives you a perfect zero reference from the edge of your stock.
