This is a lovely fillester plane by John Moseley & Son, 54-55 Broad Street, Bloomsbury, London

  • Beech with boxwood wear strip & nicker wedge.
  • Good clear, crisp stamp.
  • 9 ½” x 2” overall

The original owner obviously coveted this plane as the initials “FGC” are stamped very boldly into the side of the plane.
