Scaled for smaller work, our woodturning chisel set with carbide tips offer several advantages, including reduced maintenance, increased durability, and improved cutting efficiency.

Carbide tips are made from a combination of tungsten carbide particles and a metal binder, resulting in an exceptionally hard cutting edge. This hardness allows the chisels to maintain their sharpness for extended periods, reducing the need for frequent sharpening. The replaceable tips can be rotated or replaced once they become dull, allowing woodturners to continue working without the need for extensive sharpening.

The shafts are machined flat on the underside to provide a reference surface helping to maintain control and stability during the turning process.

Set includes 3 tools with following tips:

• Square - roughing tool primarily used for rapid stock removal. Slightly rounded sides enables finishing cuts on outside curves.
• Round - finisher tool for shaping and smoothing operations
• Diamond-shaped - for cutting narrow bread and coves.

Blade length - 80 mm, total length - 280 mm.
