Printmaking can refer to many different process. At Classic Hand Tools, we sell tools for relief printing – techniques including lino and wood block cutting. In these processes, you carve away material leaving raised shapes and lines. By inking this raised surface and applying it onto paper or card, you can create an image.

Pfeil and Flexcut both offer a good range of tools for printmaking whether for lino or block cutting. Some customers use these tools for woodcarving as well.
